A lot has happened:

The bins where milk, smoothies (with Gurana!) and fish floweth. crunchy whole grain sour-dough bread – and honey! 3×0,5kg! i don’t use that much in a whole year!
Chocolate, Wurstsemmeln and (chicken) eggs to feed a hungry gym:

amidst: the book “Prolls” (“Chavs”) by Owen Jones, about the post-Thatcher demonization of the subalternate masses – “Poverty is the fault of the poor beastly lower class citiziens that don’t try hard enough to inherit millions.”
Next to the Fair-teiler-Box i frequently restock, there is a free book shelf where i took that book from.
But i can’t be fed on scripture and protein alone, so:

5 Avocados! a good catch! Nearls as good as…

4 Persimon (also known as Kaki or Sharoni) fruits, onions, and in case you ran out of chestnuts…
slim pickings, but it would be a waste to let it go to waste:

note: my own tomato plants are dead since nearly 3 months…
Cabbage sprouts (“Bruxelles sprouts”) are great winter food.
far right: a grate someone didn’t need anymore and just put out there on a park bench (instead of thrashing the nearly unused item).
far left: why do i keep those flower pots (filled with soil) i find in the organic waste? to plant vegetables, obviously.
why do i keep (some of) the plastic trays i find in the organic bins: for fresh harvest! (see next post)
… but the shortest month Feb. isn’t even over:

5 elements: veggies (red beet roots!), fruit, fish, cookies, dairy.

How much is 10l. of milk in gallons? 2 buckets? and why the onions? The Wisdom of the All Knowing Garbage Bin makes me marvel…

it’s impossible to make dead pig in packages look good on foto. some of the packaged meat is turkey; the tower in the center back is 5 pkg. dead herring. there was also dead chicken and beef burgers among the salads (left) and salmon in the sushi – a massacre has happened!
time for some veggies…
